OpenToola is a browser-based service. We designed it so that your documents stay on your device.
Data we collect
We do not require an account. We may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate country through privacy-friendly analytics, only where consent is required.
Cookies and advertising
Essential storage is used to remember your language and consent choices. With your consent, we may use Google AdSense cookies to display and measure advertising. Consent for advertising cookies is collected and managed by Google’s consent message (Funding Choices). See our Cookie Policy for details.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest for security and basic operation of the service.
Retention
Your files are not retained. Consent choices are stored in your browser. Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
